Having joined the company in 2018 as Head of Finance, Matthew’s diverse professional skillset, coupled with his drive and passion for both operational and commercial excellence, led to his appointment to Chief Operating Officer in January 2021.

In 2024, Matthew was promoted to Express Medicals Plc’s Chief Executive Officer.

Matthew strives to maximise performance throughout the business through encouraging staff engagement and regular communication.

Outside of work Matthew is an avid sport climber.
