Mike Stallard

Michael Stallard worked for London Underground for over 37 years holding various senior management posts. He has also developed corporate mandatory Category 1 standards for safety in the industry and worked in Brussels as an expert in passenger information systems and services on an EU commission project.

Before moving into consultancy Mike was the business manager of London Underground’s Occupational Health Department responsible for the day to day contract management of Drug and Alcohol testing within the system.

He is experienced in developing and delivering training courses for organisations who want to introduce a drug and alcohol policy. He is also a co-author of “A Practical Guide to Drug and Alcohol Testing”.

In 2013 he was elected to the board of the European Workplace Drug Testing Society an organisation formed to provide a focal point for the exchange of ideas and information from within the Drug and Alcohol field.
