Ross Lee

COO

Ross joined Express Medicals in November 2020. He began his time at Express Medicals as a Business Development Manager and, within three years, was promoted to Commercial Manager a role he held before his appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

As COO, Ross supports the CEO and works closely with all managers to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company’s services and operations.

Ross has a democratic leadership style and firmly believes in the collective power of the team.

Outside of Express Medicals, Ross enjoys reading, cinema, spending time with friends and family, and the occasional fishing trip.
