Tayla Scarsbrook

Customer Support Manager

Tayla joined Express Medicals in October 2015 and brings with her 12 years of customer services experience. She began her time at Express Medicals working in the bookings team as a Customer Support Administrator and within 2 years she was promoted to a senior role, subsequently progressing to Team Leader of the Customer Support Team. Along this journey she has continuously developed her skills and learnt new ones to keep the team thriving.

Being the front line of support for our clients and customers, from setting up your account and working with you, Tayla leads our dedicated Customer Service team always striving to exceed our customers’ expectations. 

Tayla is an inspirational leader, providing direction, management and guidance to her team whilst promoting an ethos of customer excellence, ownership and one point of contact resolution.

Outside of Express Medicals Tayla, assisted by her colleague Lucy, has organised delivery of clothing and toiletries to the homeless during the COVID-19 crisis.  An inspiration to her colleagues, she brings enthusiasm and expertise to our management team.
