Compliance Manager

Vivienne joined the team at Express in 2006 and in 2009 took on the role of Quality Manager, handling internal and third-party audits for Network Rail, London Underground and ISO9001.  Since then Express Medicals have expanded their suite of certifications to meet ever-changing industry and client requirements and Vivienne has led the implementation of widely recognised standards such as ISO45001 (health and safety management), ISO27001 (data security) and SEQOHS, as well as maintaining the company’s existing certifications. 

Vivienne currently heads up a small team under the broader title of Compliance Manager and as such, has specialist knowledge of industry health and safety and quality requirements.  As well as being one of a team of Data Protection Officers for Express Medicals, Vivienne ensures that compliance requirements are understood and embedded throughout the organisation.  This is achieved by interacting regularly with the management team and other interested parties, reporting to the Board of Directors and communicating relevant information to the wider teams.
